U Uday Kumar is a consultant, growth marketer, and innovator with a passion for improving road safety in India through the use of digital technologies. He founded 8th Sense in 2019 and has been working in this domain since 2018. Uday strongly believes that digital technologies have the potential to positively influence driving behavior and promote safe driving practices among citizens. Aside from his work in road safety, Uday is also passionate about public speaking. He regularly speaks at colleges on topics such as motivation, leadership, and the start-up ecosystem. He aims to inspire as many students as possible to drive change in society by creating jobs instead of seeking one. Currently, Uday works as a Career Mentor at expertrons. He has also worked as an independent business consultant for small and mid-sized businesses, focusing on people and culture, customer success, and strategy. In the past, he completed a rural internship program with the NGO People's Action for Social Service, where he worked to identify and solve common problems faced by rural people. Uday holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from IIIT, which he completed in 2018. With 4.52 years of relevant experience, Uday is a dedicated and passionate professional who is committed to making a positive impact on society.
